Rodos Panayiotou was born in Limassol in 1977. He started to play the drums at the early age of eight. Coming from a family with a reach musical background, self-taught at the age of ten, he began playing with his family group. After finishing his studies at the Hellenic School of Music he was given the golden opportunity to perform in different concerts with very well known artists from Greece and Cyprus. He was teaching drums for two years, just before he decided to leave Cyprus in 2000 and enter Rotterdam Conservatory. There he studied drums and percussion for 5 years focusing his studies on Latin- Jazz music. Coming back to Cyprus he continue teaching and performing with various local music groups and other artists from abroad.
